Follow-up to #61569.

Note that I considered adding riscv64 here as well, e.g.:

Yeah I was thinking about that one too when I wrote the previous comment. The unofficial builds were broken on there for a while but I've now got them mostly working again so now's the right time to look at pushing that one forward again :-)

linux-arm-musl is not built or tested in the official Jenkins environment, so I'm unsure if it should be added to the official list at all.

In https://github.com/nodejs/docker-node/blob/main/README.md#supported-architectures for the Docker builds, where we do build Node.js Docker images for Alpine 3.23 & Alpine 3.24 we list linux-arm-musl as untested. We don't even say there that they are experimental. It's more "AS-IS" status. (In practice though, these builds do work, otherwise we would have had feedback that they didn't!)

This is also related to the request #66394 to make linux-arm64-musl Tier 2.

The discussion in the issue also refers to the missing infrastructure to build and test.

As per the comment at #61569 (comment), I aligned the kernel requirements and notes with linux-x64-musl.

Just wondering, are linux-loong64 and linux-riscv64 also not tested? They're both listed as experimental tier in this list.

The set of machines is currently in flux. Issues are on https://github.com/nodejs/build/issues and there's also a Slack channel - nodejs-build.

We are testing linux-loong64 and linux-riscv64 in the Jenkins CI.
